RePrint Biology Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 39 684 362 936) ("RePrint", "we", "us") is based in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through www.reprintbio.com.
As a small business, we may be exempt from the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Even so, we choose to follow the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) as good practice.
What we collect
Contact form: your name, email address and anything you include in your message.
Donations: your name, email address and the billing details needed to process your donation. Card payments are handled by Squarespace's payment processors (such as Stripe or PayPal). We do not see or store your full card details.
Website usage: standard information collected by Squarespace cookies and analytics, such as your browser type, device, pages visited and approximate location.
We do not collect patient or health information through this website. Please don't send us health information through the contact form.
How we use it
We use your information to:
respond to your enquiry;
process and acknowledge donations;
understand how our website is used so we can improve it.
Disclosure
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the website and process payments, including Squarespace and its payment processors (such as Stripe or PayPal), or where the law requires it.
These providers may store information overseas, most likely in the United States. When we use them, we take reasonable steps to make sure they handle your information appropriately.

Our website uses Squarespace's standard cookies and analytics. These help the site work and show us how visitors use it. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the site (such as the donation checkout) may not work properly if you do.

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. These include relying on Squarespace's secure hosting and payment systems. No method of sending information over the internet is completely secure, however.
